About Stan Partin

I am a husband, father, Realtor, huge college footbal fan, dog lover and I love this area that I was born and raised. I am a true native son.

I was born and raised in the Raleigh area (a true native) as well as lived in many of the surrounding areas (Cary, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs and Raleigh). So I have knowledge of the area plus years of local real estate experience that is second to none. I have incredible passion about helping my clients which has resulted in selling and successfully closing over 750 homes and totalling over $225 billion in sales. I truly understands what is important to my clients.

There are 3 things that makes me unique from other real estate agents. First of all I specialize in the cities/towns of southern Wake (Apex, Cary, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs and Morrisville) and certain parts of Raleigh. Most real estate agents say they sell the entire Triangle area but there is NO way one real estate agent can fully know all the markets from Clayton to Cary to Durham to Chapel Hill (that covers 4 counties). Secondly, you will ONLY deal with me from start to finish. A lot of agents have listing coordinators, buyer specialists, closing coordinators and/or client experience coordinators. I believe in clients working with the same person through the entire process. Buying or selling a home is already stressful enough so why add additional stress by getting passed on to someone else. And thirdly, my family encompasses multiple aspects of the the real estate industry with decades of experience. See list below:
